Let’s start with our name: What does La Fermière mean?
In French “La Fermière” is “The Lady Farmer.” She nurtures her farm and land to share nature’s freshest harvest with her loved ones.
Our Ingredients

We label our yogurts and desserts for the top 8 allergens:
· CONTAINS means that the allergen(s) is included in the product’s recipe. The allergen(s) will be listed in the ingredient list, and also in the CONTAINS statement just below the ingredient list. ie MILK.
· PROCESSED IN A FACILITY THAT USES COCONUT means that the allergen(s) is not in the product’s recipe but could be present regardless of our best efforts to exclude it. This allergen will not be included in the ingredient list.

We source our cow’s milk daily from dairy farms located upstate NY. We use only whole-milk which is certified rbGH free.

Yes, we use vanilla beans from Madagascar in both our Vanilla Bean yogurt and Crème Vanille oven-baked dessert. As a result, you may sometimes find vanilla seeds at the bottom of the pot!

Our products are not certified non-GMO, however, our carefully selected ingredients are non-GMO, such as our freshly sourced whole milk and Grade A fruits.

We only use natural ingredients: our pectin comes from citrus peels, it helps thickening our fruit jam.

We pride ourselves in having a clean label for both our yogurt and desserts. Our products are full of goodness, made without chemicals or artificial additives. We use premium ingredients such as whole milk, pasture raised eggs, cane sugar and cream for unparalleled pleasure.

We believe that our all-natural yogurt deserves an all-natural packaging.
Terracotta is a natural material that has been a useful tool in the kitchen for centuries (pots, plates, and platters etc.), and still is today. You can use our temperature-proof terracotta pots for all your baking or cooking needs: both in the freezer and the oven (0°F - 480°F).
We use food- and environment- safe blue-lavender coating.
Glass is a pure and natural material that best reflects our transparency. We like to use it to feature our colorful and delicious Le Fruit at the bottom. Naturally, our glass pots are 100% recyclable.

Our glass pots are recyclable; recycle them as you would do with any other glass container.
Our terracotta pots are 100% reusable; you may reuse them in various ways such as for kitchenware, baking, potting small plants, storing small items, and many more! Visit our blog for ideas.

To remove any unwanted glue from the pots, we recommend carefully using a butter knife to scrape it off. As our yogurt and desserts are all natural with no added preservatives, we use a strong adhesive to ensure the best quality.

You can enjoy our yogurt any time of the day. There is no bad time to do so! Enjoy our desserts after a meal, or as an anytime treat.

You can find the expiration date printed on the foil lid of your pot.

We understand that sometimes love at first bite doesn’t happen. No worries! We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Just ensure the items are returned in undamaged and pristine condition and you will get a full refund.
To make a return, send us an email at marketing_us@lafermiere.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and even provide a free shipping label for your return. Simply repackage your item, drop it off at the post office, and we’ll do the rest!
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 more business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
