JOB DESCRIPTION
La Fermière offers a dynamic and engaging 6-month internship opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This position is designed for someone with a passion for sales, business, and fieldwork and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeve and dive into the world of retail sales. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to help drive our business in existing accounts and explore new markets in cities and states across the United States.
This internship is about discovering new horizons, developing new skills, and helping us take La Fermière to new heights, with 80% of the time on the field, and develop La Fermière presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular field visits to current retail stores to ensure product placement, presentation, and stock levels meet La Fermière standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders at existing retail accounts.
Explore and expand business opportunities in the New York, Chicago, Boston, DC, and Philadelphia regions, with potential expansion to new geographic areas such as Minneapolis…
Actively seek new business prospects and identify opportunities in untapped markets.
Implement sales strategies to support account growth and brand visibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing support.
Generate weekly reporting and provide insights for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current enrollment in a business-related program or a strong interest in sales and fieldwork.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for developing business opportunities.
High level of motivation, dynamism, and persistence.
Willingness and ability to engage in active fieldwork, including traveling to different cities and states.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Commitment to the full 6-month internship.
If you speak French, that’s a great plus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
