We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Communication Intern to support our team as we continue to expand and delight our audience with exceptional products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will work closely with the Brand Managers to implement strategies that boost brand awareness, strengthen our customer base, and elevate La Fermière’s presence in the U.S.
This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation, Social Media & Partnerships
Assist the Brand Manager in developing and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages to foster meaningful relationships.
Conduct monthly competitive research and performance analysis using Metricool to inform social media strategy.
Research and connect with creators for User-Generated Content (UGC) partnerships, and manage the collaborations and performance tracking.
Event Support
Assist in planning and executing events.
Support the team with event logistics and communication material creation (invitation, signage…)
E-commerce Support
Manage weekly e-commerce shipping orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Contribute to creating content and campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for the e-commerce platform.
General Marketing Tasks
Assist in creating newsletters and other marketing collaterals.
Support day-to-day marketing operations and ad-hoc projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Experience in Social Media management.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Passionate about premium food products and storytelling.
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
Ability to work in the US.
